ProStamm, LLC has no obligation to monitor user’s family information.
ProStamm, LLC reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Always use caution when giving out personally identifying information about oneself or family members.
ProStamm, LLC is not in the business of selling family information or providing access to the general public. ProStamm, LLC does not claim ownership of the information, documents, and photographs provided to ProStamm.com.
The Primary Record Owner (PRO) is required to authorize family members before they can become Family Circle Members (FCM). Only the PRO and authorized FCMs may access family records.
If the PRO elects to allow Family Circle Members access to the family record, ProStamm, LLC will provide access to those designated FCMs. If authorized, FCMs may view, download, and reproduce information, documents, photographs, and family presentations produced by the PRO.
ProStamm, LLC is not responsible for the reliability of family information. The correctness of information provided to the ProStamm.com website is the responsibility of each PRO. The PRO is responsible for all information representing the character and conduct of people identified in their family record.
User has the right to terminate the use of ProStamm.com at any time. ProStamm, LLC will terminate user’s access to ProStamm.com, if user elects to discontinue paying the registered financial requirements.
If the registered agreement does not identify an automatic continuous payment process, the user will be notified, by email, prior to the end of agreement that the user must revisit the registration process and update the agreement. The user will also be notified, via message on the DASHBOAD of the ProStamm application, that the agreement period is ending and that the registration process must be updated.
A PRO agreement termination will automatically terminate every FCF and FCL agreement associated with that PRO.
Unused prepaid accounts will be evaluated to determine if there are unused balances, to which each unused balance will be returned to the PRO and FCF. Disbursement of funds will be within four to six weeks from the date of determination. FCL memberships with unused balances are not subject to reimbursements.
If a PRO agreement is terminated and the successor decides to proceed with the family record as the PRO, the successor must submit a written statement, via email, to ProStamm, declaring this desire. The successor will be required to register as the new PRO of an existing family record and initiate a new PRO payment plan. If the new PRO was an existing FCF, an evaluation of that existing FCF payment plan will determine if there will be a reimbursement of any unpaid balance.
ProStamm, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate a user’s access to the ProStamm.com web site with prior notification.
